The important stuff... We believe that shopping should be stress free so we've kept it simple. 


UK and International orders are payable via Pay Pal. This is a widely acceptable and safe on line payment method.   

Orders for delivery within the UK are sent by First Class post with proof of delivery or through a reputable courier company.
Overseas orders will be sent by Air Mail either via Royal Mail or an alternative shipping company.  

For overseas orders, any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country will be your responsibility.

Because our products are hand made please allow up to 15 (UK & EU) to 20 (US & World Wide) working days for delivery though every effort will be done to get things shipped out as soon as possible.

Please note that to our knowledge all descriptions of items are accurate and true. As each and every item is hand made please note that small variations like colour, shading, materials and so on may vary slightly though kept to a minimal.
We strive to showcase and sell the best in London based designer talent and so we work solely with professional makers who's items have been sourced for their outstanding quality, originality and design!

Refund and exchanges: We ask if you do have a query regarding your purchases upon receipt to please contact us via e mail as soon as possible. In case of a product fault we are happy to liaise between the buyer and the designer to resolve any situation and to find a happy resolution.
According to the Distance Selling Regulations you have a seven-day working "cooling off" period after you've received your goods to decide whether to cancel the order even if it's just because you've change your mind! But please send any cancellations via e-mail then we will refund you upon receipt of the returned item(s). *Please not that by law this return policy is non applicable to items such as earrings, fresh flowers or food.

Any damage/breakages due to mishandling by the buyer will not entitle you to a refund.
